Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact, building trust while actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive revenue
Dive deep into each customer’s business to understand their goals and challenges, then position the right products and solutions to meet their needs
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to move deals forward, overcome obstacles, and ensure customers see real value
Be accountable for hitting sales targets, expanding accounts, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Handle issues quickly and strategically, protecting revenue and keeping momentum
Track performance, spot market trends, and contribute to account strategies that fuel continued growth
