Responsibilities
Own the design and delivery of core product systems end to end
Architect and build distributed backend services roughly seventy percent backend and thirty percent frontend
Design event driven real time pipelines and high throughput APIs
Build data intensive services for speech processing workflow automation and routing systems
Partner with Product and Design to translate roadmap into scalable technical solutions
Mentor engineers and elevate code quality and system thinking
Qualification
Required
8+ plus years building and owning production systems in fast moving product environments
Strong backend experience with Python and distributed systems
Experience building APIs streaming systems and real time services
Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence architecture
Comfort operating in ambiguous high ownership environments
Passion for mentorship and long term platform quality
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
Python FastAPI Django async frameworks
AWS preferred
Azure acceptable
