Responsibilities
Leading FIH–Phase II oncology trials, including dose escalation and expansion
Designing clinically and translationally informed protocols that set programmes up for success
Interpreting emerging safety, PK/PD, and early efficacy data to guide decision-making
Partnering with regulatory, clinical ops, and external investigators to move fast and rigorously
Acting as a key clinical voice as assets progress toward Phase II/III readiness
Qualification
Required
MD (or equivalent) with an oncology-focused background
Demonstrated ownership of early-phase oncology trials in industry
Strong scientific judgment and comfort making decisions with evolving data
Experience working in lean, fast-moving biotech environments
Boston-based (or open to being there regularly)
Preferred
Hands-on FIH–Phase II experience
