Responsibilities
Completing Medicaid compliance reporting of complex data structures
Perform data-based restoration troubleshooting
Regularly utilizing SQL and SSRS to accomplish various responsibilities
Complete ad-hoc reporting on a time sensitive basis
Identify and resolve performance inefficiencies
Collaborate regularly within a fast-paced, analytical environment
Observing and ensuring adherence of team standards
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience utilizing SQL, at an advanced level, and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
2+ years of experience working with Medicaid
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
Preferred
Able to function in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Resides in Louisiana
2+ years of experience utilizing Medicare
Familiarity with stored procedures
Strong organizational skills
Ability to learn and operate independently
Strong customer service orientation
