Senior Sponsorship & Exhibitor Manager (US | Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Sponsorship & Exhibitor Manager to deliver exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across high-profile events, focusing on relationship building and managing complex sponsorship programs.

Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of sponsorship and exhibitor experiences across multiple events
Acting as the “voice of the sponsor,” championing a sponsor-first mindset across teams and vendors
Partnering with clients, sales teams, and sponsors to understand objectives and drive long-term value
Managing sponsorship packages, MPOs, booth experiences, digital assets, signage, content, and onsite support
Developing and maintaining robust project documentation, timelines, and readiness materials
Coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis, and process development
Leading sponsor communications including guidance, newsletters, support calls, and approval processes
Providing day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across project teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering white-glove sponsor and exhibitor experiences
Significant experience in sponsorship and exhibition execution at a senior level
Strong client management experience (internal and/or external)
Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
Strategic project management skills with strong commercial awareness
Experience leading teams directly or indirectly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior-level presentations
Advanced MS Office skills (including Excel, Teams, and OneNote)
Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decision-making
Quiet home working environment with reliable broadband (minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload)
Willingness to travel internationally throughout the year
Flexibility to work across time zones when required
