Responsibilities
Cloud Platform Enablement - Research, design, and develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD
Cloud R&D and Innovation - Explore and prototype new AWS services, Kubernetes features, or open-source technologies aligned with platform enablement goals
Operational Excellence - Implement observability and monitoring enhancements through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Traceable AI
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement - Conduct reverse knowledge transfer (RKT), brown-bag sessions, and R&D showcases to upskill internal teams
Governance & Standards - Maintain and evolve Cloud Enablement Guidelines, ensuring alignment with architecture baselines and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure R&D roles
Strong proficiency in AWS (EKS, S3, MSK, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53)
Solid experience in Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
Strong scripting and automation background in Python, Bash, or Go
Understanding of observability, security hardening, and infrastructure governance
Preferred
Familiarity with service meshes (Istio) and API gateways (Kong)
