Head of Channel
Element Six is hiring a Vice President of Channel Sales to lead their partner strategy and unlock new revenue across the smart building, property tech, and HVAC space. The role involves identifying and closing high-impact partnerships while collaborating across various teams to enhance the company’s core offerings.
Responsibilities
Build and lead the partnership strategy, focused on revenue and growth
Use your network to bring in new partners, pilot projects, and co-development opportunities
Negotiate and close high-value partnerships that align with company goals
Work across teams to launch and manage successful partnerships
Deliver insights back to product, marketing, and leadership
Track partnership performance and make sure they’re driving business results
Qualification
Required
10+ years in strategic partnerships, biz dev, or corporate strategy specifically within; smart buildings, building automation and/or HVAC
5+ years of experience in property tech, smart building and/or commercial real estate technology space and/or HVAC, filtration and ventilation space
Proven track record of closing high-value sales and partnerships deals, and driving revenue growth (ideally driven growth from $10M to $50M)
Strong commercial instincts and a sales mindset
Proven track record of closing deals and creating growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Comfortable leading from the front with minimal oversight
