Responsibilities

Lead structured discovery sessions to clearly define business problems, process ownership, baseline economics, success metrics, and risks—prior to any solution design or commitment
Own upfront ROI modeling and business case creation, converting complex challenges into transparent financial and operational models
Set clear ROI thresholds, payback periods, and go / redesign / stop decisions to validate economic justification for every initiative
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, eliminating waste before introducing automation or AI
Provide strategic guidance on AI, automation, and SaaS investments, prioritizing measurable impact and steering clear of low-return or overly complex efforts
Develop and validate detailed bottom-up models for effort, cost, capacity, and scale—including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Shape and govern client transformation portfolios, sequencing initiatives to maximize value delivery and accelerate ROI realization
Establish ROI-focused KPIs and dashboards to monitor and track actual value captured during execution
Proactively course-correct programs that drift from projected economics to safeguard client outcomes
Spot and pursue expansion opportunities by replicating proven high-ROI use cases across additional processes, functions, or business units
Leverage realized results to build data-backed cases for further investment and multi-year transformation roadmaps
Collaborate closely with client executives in business, finance, IT, and operations to align priorities, funding, and accountability
Confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for long-term, sustainable client value over short-term wins

Required

Extensive client-facing background in roles such as Program Manager, Client Partner, Management Consultant, Engagement Lead, or Strategic Advisor
Proven track record owning ROI, value realization, and economic outcomes for AI, automation, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation programs
Strong experience leading upfront discovery, business case development, and investment go/no-go decisions
Deep expertise in business process analysis and optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks)
Hands-on proficiency building bottom-up financial models, effort estimates, cost structures, and capacity plans—with scenario and sensitivity analysis
Demonstrated success advising enterprise clients on AI, automation, and SaaS investments, always emphasizing quantifiable business impact
Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders using data-driven arguments
Exceptional executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
