Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term strategy for network demand generation, aligning team goals with wider organizational objectives and key results (OKRs)
Manage and optimize end-to-end forecast and demand generation processes, including defining new workflows for onboarding new network products
Lead comprehensive data analysis and metric development to enhance forecasting accuracy, utilizing interactive dashboards to drive informed decision-making
Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and next-in-line leaders, ensuring a strong team identity and cohesion
Identify needs for change and drive scalable, continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, establishing company-wide best practices. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders from engineers to Vice Presidents, reconciling conflicting priorities to maximize business impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program management
7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with direct reports

Preferred

Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, or delivering layer 1, layer 2 or layer 3 network systems
Understanding of the technical and process challenges associated with network forecasting and planning
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between technical engineering staff and executive leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, ambiguous environment, delivering timely results with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and financial skills e.g., business/project budget creation and cost-benefit analysis
