Responsibilities
Provide real-time coaching and conduct side-by-side sessions to improve sales associate performance and customer interactions
Support leadership by assisting in coaching sessions, onboarding new hires, and developing action plans for associate growth
Maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and promotions to ensure accurate guidance and training compliance
Manage customer escalations and recognize associate achievements to maintain service quality and motivation
Assist in call listening and customer support to mentor associates and enhance expertise
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Less than 2 years - 1 year customer service experience
Less than 2 years - 1 year sales experience
Windows (Required)

At least 18 years of age
