Responsibilities
Processes debit card applications, reissues, and limit increases
Investigates fraud alerts, account issues, and transaction disputes
Handles overdrawn accounts and coordinate with collections
Responds to member and internal inquiries by phone, email, or system
Updates account information and handle authorization hold releases
Maintains accurate records and document handling
Uses internal systems (e.g., Salesforce) for case processing
Supports other departments and assists with debit card troubleshooting
Promotes additional credit union products/services
Performs other duties as needed upon request from the immediate supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School education or GED required
Minimum one year general work experience required
Oral/written communication, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, computer and internet skills, and telephone etiquette required
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required
Preferred
One year banking experience and familiarity with Debit Card related laws/regulations/reporting requirements, banking policies, procedures, practices, protocols, systems and programs
