Responsibilities
Implement and manage safety programs across assigned stores, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
Conduct safety audits/inspections, identify hazards, and drive corrective actions
Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and document findings for closure
Ensure OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and dashboard maintenance per regulations
Manage RCRA compliance for damaged goods and returns, including storage, labeling, shipment, and documentation
Support stormwater management awareness and inspection readiness where applicable
Deliver safety and compliance training for Store Leadership, HR, and AP
Promote proactive, behavior-based safety culture across all retail operations

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5–7 years in multi-location retail or similar field-based EHS operations
Strong working knowledge of OSHA and RCRA regulations
Experience with retail or field-based EHS management
Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to influence across functions
Strong analytical, organizational, and territory management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
CSP or CHMM certification
Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks
