Inside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental
Ward’s Equipment Rental is a contractor-focused equipment rental company building a structured, system-driven sales organization. This revenue-producing inside sales position is responsible for converting inbound demand into booked rentals and executing disciplined follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Converting inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries into confirmed rental bookings
Executing structured follow-up on quotes, open opportunities, and inactive customers
Proactively reducing idle fleet by matching available equipment with customer demand
Accurately documenting calls, quotes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Coordinating with yard and delivery teams to ensure sold rentals can be executed correctly
Supporting outside sales through clean internal handoffs and communication
Qualification
Required
