Responsibilities
Lead the visual strategy and brand identity for AI-native products, ensuring a cohesive but adaptable design language across experimental workstreams
Help improve model output quality by prompt engineering and applying core visual design principles such as typography, space, layout, and color
Architect and maintain a visual design system that allows engineering teams to move at startup speeds without sacrificing craft
Utilize AI-powered design tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on various visual directions, effectively communicating early-stage concepts and user journeys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product design or UX
Experience in prototyping
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume highlighting experience in visual design (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in product design or UX
5 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
4 years of experience leading design projects
3 years of experience working with executive leaders
