Responsibilities
Inputs new project files in the workflow management database
Reviews merchant/requester provided information for completeness and accuracy
Coordinates revised information into workflow cycle upon receipt to production, photography, samples, design, and copywriters
Provides print specifications and deadlines
Coordinates proofs
Oversees established procedures are followed. Communicate essential information to all appropriate individuals
Serves as a back up to other traffickers
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, project management or another related field
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Great interpersonal communication and ability to work well with others
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of a creative department
Ability to work some nights and weekends
Preferred
2+ years of comparable experience in a high volume, art production environment or other project management experience
Knowledge of Workfront a plus
