Responsibilities

Own end-to-end IT TSA governance and delivery, ensuring continuity through TSA execution and exit
Coordinate with IT Service Owners to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
Support budget oversight, TSA billing coordination, and stranded cost management
Partner with IT M&A tower leads and project managers to keep workstreams on track
Communicate IT M&A exit plans, lead alignment sessions with service owners, SMEs, and stakeholders
Identify roadblocks early, drive resolution, and escalate when needed
Provide clear status reporting, tracking progress through TSA completion
Contribute to improving IT M&A TSA methodology, standards, and guidelines

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
10+ years of relevant experience, including divestitures and TSA management
Strong program/project management capability in complex, multinational environments
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills (including executive-level)
Confident facilitator and presenter; effective with distributed/virtual teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and tight timelines; strong analytical problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel periodically on a project basis (domestic and international)

Preferred

MBA preferred
Consulting background is a plus
