Responsibilities

Directly line manage a team of approximately 20 Executive Assistants and Sr. Administrative Assistants, ensuring high performance and professional development
Oversee team operations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, including support assignments, issue resolution, schedule coordination, timesheet management, and task prioritization
Partner with North America Administrative Services Leadership and local office leadership to implement BCG policies and guidelines effectively within the local context
Manage all aspects of the administrative employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, ongoing performance development, feedback collection and promotion processes
Drive local execution of Administrative Services functional initiatives to enhance service delivery and support to local staff
Foster a collaborative approach to teaming with peer Administrative Services teams across North America, other Business Services teams, and local Consulting Teams
Drive continuous improvement in quality, morale, knowledge, and teamwork of the EA/AA team through proactive communication and involvement
Act as a key liaison between assistants and stakeholders, ensuring resource allocation meets client needs effectively and maintaining productive relationships. Advocate for the team’s needs while aligning with broader business objectives, and proactively address any expectation misalignments with stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a professional setting
2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing teams of varying tenures and abilities
Familiarity with working in a matrixed organization
Well-versed in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
Ability to travel occasionally to spend important face time with your direct reports in other offices
