Social Media Manager, Latin
SiriusXM is a leading audio entertainment company in North America, and they are seeking a passionate and culturally fluent Social Media Manager for their Latin channel. The role involves managing the day-to-day social presence, creating engaging content, and amplifying the voice of Latin music across platforms.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day content creation, publishing, and community management for SiriusXM’s Latin music social channels
Build and maintain a social content calendar aligned with music releases, artist moments, cultural moments, events, and SiriusXM programming
Develop creative assets - photo, video, reels, memes, and short-form content - that resonate with Latin music audiences and reflect each channel’s unique tone
Monitor Latin music trends, emerging artists, and platform features to keep content timely, relevant, and culturally authentic
Partner closely with programming, on-air talent, artists, and marketing teams to amplify key moments and campaigns. Collaborate with broader SiriusXM and Pandora brand social handles when relevant
Analyze content performance and audience insights to optimize strategy and share regular reporting with stakeholders
Stay tapped into fan conversations across genres including (but not limited to) Latin Pop, Regional Mexican, Reggaeton, Bachata, Salsa, and Latin Alternative
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media company, music platform, or entertainment property
Hands-on experience across the full scope of social content creation- capturing content on mobile, editing video and photo, writing captions, tagging, collaborating, and publishing natively
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Deep knowledge of and passion for Latin music and culture, from legacy icons to emerging artists
Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices, especially short-form video
Proven ability to create engaging, culturally relevant content that drives conversation and community
A highly analytical mindset with experience using social tools to evaluate performance and refine strategy
Excellent writing skills, with a strong grasp of voice, tone, and audience nuance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
Comfortable being on-site in Miami-at events, in-studio with talent, or capturing behind-the-scenes content
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S
Preferred
Experience with tools like Sprout or native platform analytics is a plus
