Responsibilities
Understand all aspects of financial institution daily processing
Monitor 24x7x365 automated processing environment to ensure successful daily completion of assigned tasks and/or resolution of issues
Maintain near real-time data redundancy, business continuity and disaster recovery of all core environment components
Analyze, document and implement automation to maximize efficiencies
Provide related support to internal users as necessary
Liaise with external business partners for issue resolution as needed and monitor through successful and timely completion
Effectively communicate with all levels of credit union staff and management
Provide weekend, holiday and after-hours 24x7 On-Call support on a rotating basis
Advance skill set with ongoing training as dictated by needs of the organization
Collaborate with internal users to test and implement new service packs or other upgrades
Participate in project related meetings
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to all aspects of core processing environment
Attend vendor conferences to maintain education on new products and software solutions

Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree, Technical Trade School graduate, or equivalent technical IT-related work experience required
Previous experience in a financial institution in an IT environment is a definite plus
Ability to work nights and weekends based on operational needs
Must be available for rotating on-call duty
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented, dependable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
