Lighting Sales Representative

Revolve LED is a fast-growing lighting manufacturer delivering cost-effective solutions for various lighting environments. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and growing the Georgia territory across commercial, industrial, outdoor, and sports lighting retrofit markets, focusing on building relationships and managing projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand relationships with commercial service contractors, industrial maintenance teams, facility managers, outdoor lighting contractors, sports facility operators, and distributor branches
Conduct daily prospecting through field visits, phone outreach, and in-person engagement; demonstrate comfort with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Learn and apply lighting fundamentals, retrofit logic, and product selection (full training provided)
Support distributor branches through counter training, product demonstrations, and joint contractor calls
Build and manage a pipeline of small-to-mid-size retrofit projects and recurring contractor needs
Maintain organized territory management, including scheduling, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking
Document all customer engagement and pipeline activity in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency
Execute a structured weekly rhythm of contractor touches, branch visits, quotes, and follow-ups
Serve as a trusted resource for simple, fast-turn lighting solutions

Required

Strong communication skills and comfort with cold calling
Ability to learn technical product concepts quickly
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Georgia
Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow a structured sales process
High personal accountability and commitment to professional growth

Preferred

Degrees in electrical, engineering, business, or marketing
Military experience
Sales experience (inside sales, recruiting, staffing, B2B, or field sales)
Any role demonstrating grit, discipline, and high‑volume outreach
