Service and Repair Coordinator

EKOS Software is dedicated to providing retail-caliber tools to customers in the fuel industry through technology and education. They are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service and Repair Coordinator to support customers with software, hardware, and field-service needs, blending technical support, service coordination, and customer communication.

Software Development

Responsibilities

Receive and resolve incoming service calls regarding software and hardware issues
Manage and respond to customer support emails
Review and interpret diagnostic reports to proactively address software or hardware concerns
Create customer‑requested reports using EKOS’s reporting engine
Perform periodic audits on sites, equipment, contacts, users, and other system data
Assist Implementation with setting up new customer accounts, equipment, sites, and configurations
Create internal documentation and assist with peer or new‑hire training
Research, document, and submit software issue tickets for the development team
Create and maintain support and equipment tickets for every customer interaction
Oversee the Service Manager Program to ensure all tickets and service orders are properly updated and completed
Enter and maintain vendor information and documentation (Insurance Liability Forms, W‑9s, credit applications)
Dispatch service orders to vendors, follow up on deadlines, and manage logistical challenges
Communicate service order updates to customers and respond to questions
Make outbound calls to enroll customers in Service & Repair Concierge Services; schedule meetings and present offerings
Send estimates/quotes, convert approved quotes into invoices, and enter vendor bills

Required

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable with software systems, ticketing tools, and diagnostic reports

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

1-3 years of customer support, service coordination, or technical operations experience
Vendor coordination or field service management experience is a plus
