Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and conversion efforts for debit and credit card clients
Review, interpret, and convert business needs into functional and technical requirements
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Evaluate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support issue resolution
Track deliverables and maintain detailed project documentation
Ensure accuracy through strong attention to detail throughout all phases of work
Qualification
Required
Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Comfort working with data and technical concepts
Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to complete background and drug screening if selected
High School Diploma/GED required (equivalent 4 years of relevant experience accepted)
Preferred
Exposure to project coordination, implementation support, or project management–related work
Experience working with financial systems, payment platforms, or data-driven environments
Background in banking, financial services, or fintech
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
