Responsibilities
Implement new strategic initiatives by ensuring teams carry out and follow through on process timelines
Optimize existing operations and hold teams accountable for delivering strong results
Actively work in teams filling in the gaps and helping drive projects to completion
Helping the CEO recruit and onboard new team members
Strategizing on sales and marketing and implementing new tactics
Assisting in content production, quality control and new ideas
Qualification
Required
8 to 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or other roles which overlapped with operations
Demonstrated ability to stay with organizations for two to three+ years and receive promotions
Strong work ethic, great attitude, and analytical
Bachelor's degree from a highly reputable college
