Implementing and managing community development initiatives
Assisting with economic development programs
Participating in fostering partnerships
Enhancing outreach strategies
Contributing to projects aimed at improving community well-being
Collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and volunteers to ensure the success of various initiatives
Qualification
Required
Community Engagement and Community Development skills to connect and collaborate with diverse groups and create meaningful programs
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to convey information effectively and build relationships
Economic Development and Project Management experience to design and execute impactful community-driven initiatives
Passion for community service and a commitment to supporting individuals and families facing economic hardship
Ability to work on-site in Lawndale, CA
Preferred
Previous experience in a nonprofit or community-focused role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
