Manage, support, and maintain the agency’s MECM/SCCM and MDT environment
Focus on Windows deployments, system updates, security, and endpoint management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of MECM/SCCM and MDT administration
5+ years of Windows OS, software, and image deployments
Experience with OS imaging and refreshes
Strong background in WSUS, SUP, and SQL Server configurations
Experience with Active Directory / ENTRA AD (Hybrid)
Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Intune (co-management)
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
Preferred
Microsoft or IT certifications (MCP, MCSE, Azure, Network+)
Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and troubleshooting
Experience with client settings, compliance, and baselines
PowerShell and scripting experience
Automated deployments (OS, drivers, GPOs, task sequences)
