Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Oklahoma and in good standing
2–3 years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
