Lead/StaffAnchorage Digital is the first digital asset bank to receive a federal charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. You will be responsible for maintaining communication between the company and the OCC and the Federal Reserve, ensuring our banking operations remain fully compliant in the increasingly stringent regulatory environment of 2026.

Lead the iteration of AML/KYC policies for institutional clients, addressing compliance challenges across multiple states
Manage annual external audits and on-site inspections by regulatory agencies
Provide compliance framework recommendations for newly launched tokenized deposit products
Qualification
Required
Experience in regulatory compliance within the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of AML/KYC policies and procedures
Proven track record of managing audits and inspections by regulatory agencies
Ability to communicate effectively with regulatory bodies such as the OCC and the Federal Reserve
Experience in developing compliance frameworks for new financial products
