Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle motions
Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals where applicable
Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and guidance
Qualification
Required
4–10 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law in New York
Proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes
Admission to the New York State Bar
Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
