Qualification
Required
Event Planning and Management skills, including the ability to organize and oversee events of various sizes
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with a passion for building community relationships and facilitating connections
Proficiency in Social Media Management and Marketing strategies to promote events effectively
Problem-Solving and Organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in community engagement and a passion for supporting black business owners and professionals is a strong plus
