Service Desk 2 - Onsite Interview

Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 technical support for enterprise systems including call center, applications, and infrastructure platforms
Proficiency in maintaining accurate incident records, metadata, and system documentation within ticketing tools
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues
Experience with validating system loads, executing test scripts, and supporting application maintenance activities
Experience in monitoring operational systems, identifying issues, and escalating risks appropriately
Experience with maintaining platform documentation, user guides, and technical procedures
Communicate effectively with users and IT teams to resolve issues and provide operational guidance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, help desk systems, and production monitoring environments
Proficiency in ServiceNow and enterprise ticketing platforms for incident, request, and change management
Experience in IT service desk tools including Remedy, IRIS, UEM, Grafana, PowerShell, and Genesis
Experience with network and telecom technologies including routers, switches, wireless, fiber, and radio systems
Experience in operating system installation, configuration, backup, and recovery procedures
Experience with IT security principles, system monitoring, and infrastructure troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and user support
