Assisting with permitting and agency coordination
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including technical expertise and knowledge of land development and site design projects
Understanding of Civil Engineering fundamentals and experience working alongside Civil Engineers
Relevant skills in project management, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
Proficiency in Civil 3D & CAD design software and familiarity with Florida-specific regulations and permitting processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required, with a path to achieving Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
FE passed (EIT required)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a small-team environment
Preferred
AutoCAD + Civil 3D experience (1–2 years preferred)
Internship or early-career experience a plus
