Sales Expert
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Expert to drive direct sales engagements and manage key reseller partnerships. This role focuses on customer acquisition and strategic growth for the DraftSight portfolio within the 3DEXPERIENCE Works ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for key accounts
Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, demonstrate value, and drive conversion to DraftSight and xDraftSight solutions
Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Develop and execute joint business plans with key VARs and resellers
Lead partner enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and incentive programs to strengthen partner-driven sales
Ensure consistent communication and alignment between partners, marketing, and product teams
Identify new market opportunities in target verticals such as AEC, manufacturing, and government
Support channel expansion and strategic partnerships with technology and solution providers
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events that drive new customer acquisition
Work closely with the DraftSight marketing, technical, and product management teams to align on messaging, pricing, and customer feedback loops
Partner with the 3DEXPERIENCE Works sales organization to identify and close cross-sell opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in a Relevant Field
5-10 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably CAD, PLM, or engineering solutions
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue quotas through direct partner channels
Experience managing VAR or reseller networks, including co-selling and joint business planning
Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription sales models
Performance Metrics Quarterly and annual revenue attainment
Customer retention and expansion rates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience selling AutoCAD, BricSCAD or similar is a strong plus
