Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and own the go-to-market strategy for targeted financial services accounts, driving new customer acquisition and expanding business with existing customers
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quota of $8M+ in annual contract value through proactive pipeline generation, effective deal execution, and enterprise sales excellence
Build strategic relationships with C-level and senior executive decision makers, influencing digital transformation initiatives and positioning SymphonyAI’s SaaS solutions as mission-critical
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and close
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional solutions and drive customer outcomes
Provide accurate pipeline and forecast management leveraging Salesforce and other sales tools
Represent SymphonyAI at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to elevate our brand and thought leadership in the financial services sector

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus
8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 4+ years selling into the financial services vertical
Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas of at least $8M in contract value
Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-18 months typical)
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM required; familiarity with modern sales tech stack a plus
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%) for client engagements and industry events

Preferred

Domain expertise in financial services technology, regulatory compliance, or digital transformation trends highly desirable
