Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
Assist on strategic transactions
Conduct and manage due diligence processes
Support clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing compliance matters
Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors
Manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
Admitted to practice in New York; admission in New Jersey as well a plus
4-5 years of corporate transactional experience, experience in other areas of law a plus
Strong drafting and deal management skills
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team setting
