9Putt Golf is a brand specializing in high-end training aids for golfers, looking to scale operations. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, focusing on retail expansion and direct sales execution.

Responsibilities
Retail Expansion: Identify, prospect, and close accounts with national retailers and boutique golf pro shops. (In other words: close deals to get the 9Putt mats on the shelves in stores like Golf Galaxy, Dicks Sporting Goods, Scheels, PGA Superstore, Target, etc). And get 9Putt on the shelves in as many golf course pro shops around the country as possible)
Direct Sales Execution: Manage high-volume outreach via phone and email; represent the company at industry tradeshows and regional events
Sales Infrastructure: Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
Qualification
Required
Proven Track Record: Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the golf, sports, or consumer goods industries
Startup Competency: Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and build sales processes from the ground up
Communication: Exceptional professional writing and presentation skills for pitching to retail buyers and corporate executives
Network: Existing relationships within the golf industry or retail distribution is a significant advantage
