Manage asset and equipment finance applications, with a special focus on car finance
Utilize MyCRM to maintain client records, streamline communications, and manage workflows
Handle client correspondence through emails and bank portal systems
Organize and access shared drives, ensuring all documents and information are securely maintained and easily accessible
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of client and financial document management
Establish and nurture relationships with banking partners to support client financing needs
Conduct thorough reviews and final checks of applications to ensure compliance and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Australian market experience is required
Minimum 4 years of experience in finance brokerage, specializing in asset, equipment, and car finance
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Familiarity with MyCRM or similar CRM tools for finance management
Proven ability to manage and navigate bank portals efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and experience with shared drive management
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote team environment
