Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of custom luxury residences from schematic design through construction documentation
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and builders to ensure design intent is executed at the highest level
Manage timelines, deliverables, and consultant coordination with exceptional organization and attention to detail
Develop and present high-quality design presentations, renderings, and visual storytelling for discerning clients
Uphold design excellence, brand standards, and consistency across all projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury residential new construction
Demonstrated project management experience on custom, high-end homes
Advanced proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
Adobe Creative Suite required
Preferred
Experience with Enscape and Lumion strongly preferred
