Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, bills, and expert reports
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, motions, and trial exhibits
Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff personal injury law
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, filings, and court rules in New York
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF software, and case management systems
