Responsibilities
Reconcile credit card and vendor purchase transactions
Enter and verify transactions upon receiving proper approval
Perform data entry and verification to maintain accurate records
Systematically track and monitor job costing
Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy within our system
Post journal entries and suggest process improvements
Work closely with office and accounting manager
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
3+ years prior data entry and accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
