Responsibilities
Oversee the strategic direction and execution of fundraising, development, and donor relations initiatives
Overseeing donor outreach programs
Developing and managing fundraising campaigns
Fostering relationships with current and potential donors
Collaborating with the leadership team to align advancement goals with the mission of 4C for Children
Ensuring sustained funding through planned giving and annual giving strategies
Managing prospect research and alumni relations efforts
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Planned Giving and Philanthropy to secure long-term support for the organization
Experience in Alumni Relations and Annual Giving to foster community ties and maintain sustainable funding streams
Ability to conduct and apply Prospect Research to identify new funding opportunities and maintain donor engagement
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills needed to collaborate with internal teams, donors, and stakeholders
Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising or development at an executive level
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is required
Preferred
An advanced degree is a plus
