Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
Support inventory and cost accounting processes
Collaborate with senior leadership on financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
Work extensively in Excel and small ERP systems
Participate in special projects and efficiency improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification
3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) OR 5+ years in corporate accounting with strong GAAP knowledge
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
