Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network solutions
Administer Cisco hardware/software including Firepower and ISE
Manage performance, patching, backup validation, and documentation
Support VoIP infrastructure and secure VPN solutions
Interface with internal users via a ticketing system and on-site visits
Participate in on-call rotation and ITIL-based change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2–4+ years)
Strong working knowledge of Cisco IOS, firewalls, NAC, and DNS
Experience with Visio, documentation tools, and network monitoring systems
Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
Preferred
CCNA, CCNP, or Network+
