Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts receivable invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Utilize Excel to export reports, create pivot tables, and perform V-lookups for data analysis
Support month-end close activities, including generating general ledger reports and preparing uploads
Handle cash applications and collections, ensuring proper allocation of payments
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to facilitate timely collections
Assist with billing functions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Maintain accurate and organized records for all financial transactions
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Generate detailed reports to support financial decision-making and audits
Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to accounts receivable activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and V-lookups
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
Familiarity with cash applications, billing functions, and collections processes
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Prior experience in a non-profit setting is a plus
