Qualification
Required
Currently (or was previously) in a role at Amazon such as: Senior Manager / Director, Vendor Management, Head of Strategic Vendor Services, GM / Lead of a Strategic Business Unit, Senior Leader in Retail, Advertising, or Supply Chain, or other L7/L8-level leaders with experience managing complex business operations (e.g., business units with annual revenues in the hundreds of millions to billions of USD)
Strategic Leadership: Experience building a business from the ground up or leading major business transformations, capable of navigating complex commercial environments
Business & Financial Acumen: Proficient in P&L management, with strong skills in commercial negotiation, investment decision-making, and profitability modeling
Team Building: A proven track record of successfully recruiting, developing, and leading high-caliber talent and management teams
Global Perspective: Deep understanding of cross-cultural business operations, international market compliance, and localization
Systems Thinking: Skilled at driving scalable growth through process optimization, technology tools, and data-driven decision-making
