Member Solutions Specialist
Service One Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Member Solutions Specialist to support various transactional, card services, and risk-management functions. The role involves ensuring accurate processing of member transactions and providing excellent service to members and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Process daily ACH, RDC, A2A, and share draft files, including exceptions and adjustments
Support debit and credit card platforms, troubleshoot card issues, and help prevent fraud
Review new accounts, overdrawn accounts, and risk-related activity
Assist with wire transfers, levies, garnishments, and regulatory compliance tasks
Research and resolve account errors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of related experience (financial institution, teller, or card services strongly preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems
