Responsibilities
Support the Archive team by preparing data for archiving using in-house software
Load digital data and perform quality checks to ensure data integrity prior to processing
Prepare data through depth matching, splicing, merging, and other editing techniques
Perform basic image and log normalization; assist with dip picking as needed
Compile final data composites from interpreted products as required by technical or solutions teams
Manage digital data transmission through physical delivery methods or web-based services
Ensure accurate, secure, and timely delivery of all data products
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders
Comfortable working collaboratively within a small team environment (team of approximately four)
Willingness to perform repetitive job functions on a daily basis
No prior experience required; on-the-job training (OJT) provided
