Vice President of Revenue Management

Diageo is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Management to lead enterprise-wide revenue strategy, pricing governance, and commercial performance optimization across its global spirits portfolio. This role combines disciplined revenue leadership with blockchain-enabled technologies to enhance pricing transparency, revenue integrity, and cross-channel data credibility.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Lead revenue management strategy across all brands, categories, and sales channels
Define revenue governance frameworks, pricing architecture, and compliance standards
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Planning to align revenue objectives with financial and brand goals
Oversee pricing strategies, promotional execution, discount management, and margin optimization
Support the use of blockchain technology to strengthen the traceability, auditability, and integrity of revenue, pricing, and trade data across channels
Collaborate with Digital, IT, and Analytics teams to integrate blockchain-enabled revenue data into decision-making and forecasting processes
Monitor revenue performance, margin contribution, and channel execution quality
Establish structured review mechanisms for revenue initiatives and commercial effectiveness
Provide executive leadership with insights, scenarios, and recommendations to drive long-term revenue growth
Lead senior revenue management, pricing, and commercial analytics teams

Required

Candidates should have at least 25 years of professional development experience, including holding final decision-making responsibility in corporate organizations
Extensive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or commercial leadership roles
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-brand, multi-channel revenue organizations
Strong expertise in pricing governance, revenue optimization, and commercial analytics
Comfortable partnering with executive leadership on long-term revenue strategy and performance

Preferred

Exposure to digital transformation or blockchain-enabled platforms for pricing/trade data
Experience operating within global consumer goods, beverage, or regulated markets
Background in spirits, FMCG, or premium brand portfolios strongly preferred
