Responsibilities
Provides business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding
Includes business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes
Provides support to the business and management elements of logistics support
Plays a key role in analyzing business processes
Gathers requirements
Supports system improvements for REGIS and SAPS
Collaborates with stakeholders to document workflows
Assists in system design
Ensures that software developments align with business needs
Contributes to user training and documentation
Provides business-level troubleshooting
Escalates technical issues to developers or IT teams
Qualification
Required
9 years of Experience
A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required
