Outside Sales Technician
Seacoast Supply Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Technician to join their dynamic sales team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within the Northeastern MA & NH area, primarily through B2B sales and effective territory management.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition for clients
Utilize a CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze performance metrics
Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market trends
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong background in territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability in business development and lead generation strategies
Proficiency in using a CRM software for managing client relationships and analyzing sales data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively
