Responsibilities
You will work in an outreach function to your peers at companies that work with seniors and their families
You will educate your peers on a) how SLSOFCA works with other senior service providers (doctors, clinics, hospitals) to get assistance in all facets of aging at home or in finding them an assisted living community, b) explain how we help the referral sources serve their senior patients and c) help create a higher level following for SLSOFCA with referral sources in the area
Qualification
Required
Licensed nurses, case managers, or social workers
10+ years experience in the Los Angeles or Orange County area
Preferably living and working in the area today
